Arm balances are my favorite part of practicing yoga. The effort it takes to stand on your hands is different for everybody. Whether its finding the courage to sweep yourself off your feet, strength to hold yourself in a new way, flexibility to find new foundations, slowing it down or flying right in - the learning process is my favorite part to witness as a teacher and practice on my own. As in life, finding balance is subjective! Even if you fall a million times, practicing the art of falling - with or without grace - takes a lot of courage. I have become well acquainted with the floor, and I can assure you, it is not so bad, and never far away. ~ Maggie Hall, O2 Teacher
