Arrogant woman shouting at PAL personnel for allegedly screwing up her ticket. She claims she bought it online but she has no printout or confirmation number. Her loud, angry, behavior was sufficient to bring airport security and PNP and CAAP. Only the sight of uniformed men ready to arrest her, shut her up. The faux American accent while she was arguing did NOT help her case. At any rate, her hysterics were in a more recognizably local tongue. Would have been funny were she not so violent. Sigh.
