[Article is stating police are low IQ, many times this may be true. Police are not aware they are violating peoples constitutional rights because they dont know what those constitutional rights are. Also local police forces have no constitutional authority to enforce laws. Only the local county sheriff does along with any people who he deputizes as deputy sheriffs and anyone employed on a local sheriffs department takes an oath to uphold the federal constitution. Local police forces can be dismissed at will not just by the local city councils but this can also be accomplished by the military if that state is in a state of emergency. Every state in the country is in a state of emergency with the current threat of New World takeover attempt and local police forces are complicit in this New World takeover attempt. So at will any police force can be dismissed in any city in America. Give a cop working in a local police force just couple of months and he will learn that cops get away with perverting the legal system, make up false police reports.
