As I am approaching my one year mark to this crazy ass journey (and 126lbs.) I have been on, I would like to thank all of those who have helped and guided me along this trip. First of all to my daughters Kaitlyn Genut and Sara Genut who are my biggest fans and critics. I love you both very much and thank you for encouraging me on a constant basis to go continue. Secondly I want to thank one of my closets friends who gave me the initial push and guidance to do this Eleonora Dobrinina. Ella you never thought that crazy Dov would go this far :) Thank you from the bottom of my heart . Thirdly my friend Eli Sapharti Eli Sapharti - FAT Boy FIT Man thank you brother for your constant posts and encouragement and positive feedback I get from you. You yourself have done an amazing job with your journey! Additionally I want to thank all those who stick it through constantly with me at the gym. Jack H., Yariv Kadoch, Michael Weisblatt, and of course Greg!! Thank you all. And mostly I want to thank my friends (too many to tag here) and family who give me the ability to continue with this.
