As I have shared with some, at times I wake up around 4-5 & speak to God, today I got this We cant walk with GOD & the world, but we can walk with in the world. What does this mean?????? We at times discovered that each of us is at war. Sometimes its a verbal war with others, & at time it is an internal war with ourselves. But theres another war that we wage. Its a war with God. U may read this statement & think, Im not at war with God! But if u chase the things of this world, the Bible tells u that u are at war. The phrase the world or the flesh in the Bible refers to anything that is contrary to God. When we are engaged in this war with God, we are essentially trying to develop our relationship with God while at the same time keep one foot in the world. But realize this: God will never be drawn into a love triangle. God loves us beyond anything we can imagine. His love cost Him His only Son, who freely gave His life for our redemption, & after paying everything for our freedom, God is not interested in receive a fraction of our devotion. Instead, He wants all of our love, cas He knows that only when we focus on Him will we have the ability & opportunity to get the most out of life, today & forever & only then will the war be over.
