As I mentioned earlier, this was a very challenging week! Just before we were to go to Florida to help my parents pack up 50 years worth of belongings, I broke my right wrist (dominant arm, of course). Our third day down there, I got a call from someone I didnt know telling me that my daughter had been in an accident. I was told that she was physically fine (PTL) and her friend was ok except for an injury to her ankle. The puppy seemed ok too. So thankful she was driving a Volvo. The car on the other hand was totaled...telephone pole went 2 feet into the hood, the windshield was shattered and the 2 front airbags deployed. So hard to be in Florida while Moriah was going through that. But God provided angels to care for her!! Then Micah who was down helping us with his fiancee, got bad news about his apartment and his puppy. The challenges continued down there with rental cars and small accidents, but we had three safe travel days on the way back and arrived home safely late last night. Never so happy to see and hug Moriah!! Today the challenges begin all over again with our water, our furnace, and to top it off I woke up this morning to realize that my diamond is gone from my engagement ring and I have no idea where I lost it...it could have been any where on our trip. God help me to focus on the positive in my life right now!!
