As a liberal that has several years studying the Constitution I often wonder why republicans and conservative only pick and choose parts of the Constitution and disregard what they do not like. One clear example is the support Citizens United but ignore the 9th Amendment, or work to defeat organized labor but the Constitution guarantees each of us the right to organize and form alliances. Why do Republicans and Conservatives disregard this Amendment. Human and legal rights 9th Amendment “Amendment 9 - Construction of Constitution. Ratified 12/15/1791”. The Enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or Disparage others retained by the people”. Enumeration: to make complete and equal through a discourse of social justice Disparage: political theories of recognition, individual rights of peoples in multicultural communities transcending to duties. The first rule of duty, social justice holds urgency overall economic concerns and priority over commercial needs. The second rule of duty, Consequentialism theory stays faithful to the broad idea that morality is all about producing the right kinds of overall consequences from an action to benefit the cultural identity and universal behavior of individuals belonging to a community group. Finaly why do they support free market capitalism when the constitution requires fair trade commerce. The ‘holy grail of capitalism’ (low risk, high profit, shortest possible time that profits can be recycled into new profits), regardless of harm to humans. “Apres moi le deluge” is the watchword of every capitalist and of every capitalist nation, Capital therefore takes no account of the health and length of life of the workers, unless society forces it to do so. Fair Market Trade---- producers, governments, and full population benefit from agreement exchange of use value, fair trade is true commerce associated with collateral cultural shifts. ‘Collateral cultural shifts’ the mixing of cultural groups by means of either relocation or life changing events, (education, safety or a real possibility of social self-improvement) any form that takes on a “voluntary” change in the way people live near or far that benefits the well-being-of-all. Free Market Trade ---- ruling groups benefits exchange of value only or what takes place in the search for the holy grail of capitalism corespective behavior, free trade capitalism not commerce associated with collateral population shifts. ‘Collateral population shifts’ the mixing of cultural groups by means of “forced” movements of people. By those that awarded themselves the legal use of violence, and hold the ‘neoliberal paradigm’ as a preferred economic standard. It contains some forms collateral cultural shifts, but are not voluntary examples are refuges, economic austerity or war, inequality in the accumulation of wealth, or people being relocated because of dam construction or industrial development, forced human enrolment in national projects war or economic recovery, and the shifting of power away from govt., of the people to control by wealth. Neoliberalism is the active use of force that degrades human dignity for profit, usually associated with the Washington Consensus, Lewis Powell Manifesto, Milton Friedman, and Ayn Rand economic ideology. Commerce defined; Capital is used to obtain the means of production, labor is used to add value to production, value is used to obtain capital. Commerce works with the culture occupying space to set the rules, contracts, agreement organized around social contacts of justice. Commerce embraces the intellectual progression of social tolerance the embodiment of a Democratic Republic, A DEMOCRACY OF GOVERNMENT BY THE PEOPLE AND FAIR MARKET. Capitalism is the behavior of capital. Capitalism has no regard for the life span, quality of life, or environment of nature unless society forces it to do so. Capitalism is the fast possible time capital can be recycled into new capital regardless of ‘moral hazard’. Capitalism has no regard for social justice intellectual progress A REPUBLIC OF BIRTH RIGHT AND WEALTH AND THE FREE MARKET.
