As a my area of intrest i had did one own research and thought yprocess towards reaching upto almighty that god. And shared with my near nd dear ones. They were happy to read my theory nd encouraged me to go further.. Some asked me their limitation and saw how to come out. Some had their ques and queery.. And it was in my mother toungue so they inspired me to develop in english for other to understand.. So i prayed god and ask him to help and drive me. Indeed i feel god is motivating me.. So I took step forward to write.. Some of word i may not find in english so do forgive me.. Some word like chintan that mean process of self analysis,assesment, deduting truth..Chetna that is inner force of energy. And chaitanya that is almighty..My focus is chintan se chetna chetna se chaitanya..Now common queery was how to achive state of chintan..??So , I felt to start with this.... I asked wht stops u for doing chintan..? Answer was face lot ques, nd thousands of thoughts attecking same time.. Cant cop up with n number of thoughts. How to stoyp..? How to concentrate..?? How to begane..?I my self was stunned, didnt found answer that point of time. Then as usual asked my god within.. And got answer... And i started solveing queery.. I believe one should have art to convert all uncomfort, odds, negavity in posativity. Important is we think to deive self at particular focual point . So once decided dont look back as thats nor way u wish to go.. And ull get nothing by looking back.. So seat calmlly. Try to consentrate dont get panic . U are beginner u cant expect master performance.. Let it let thought come whatever type may be. First try to focus and read each thoughts, then try to create gap between two thoughts.. This will help on many ground.. Keep on practiceing enhanceing gap and have pause . This will make lot diffrence.. And N numbers of benefits too. I put some here.1.. Ststemization of thought process.2.. Creat rhythem of thoughts.3... Ull watch each incoming nd out going thought4.... Brain power will enhance command nd stability will improve.5.. Quality of thought will improve.6... Develop powet to reject ur thought if any7 .. Ability to control thoughts process and numbers and frequency of thoughts.This are few benefits of above mentioned excersice. This enhance mind power, memorry, and concentration. This will automatically at right time will put sadhak (that meanse who practice.)in maditation status.And once, We achive this our stb conceious mind start its performance. Concentration get on top level , thoughts goes in calmness, and syntrunisation of mind, soul , and thought process this all is part of chintan as well final stage of chintan.. At this point inner energy what we call chetna get stimulate in other word awake and start flowing within. Once it flow get rhythmise and frequancy enhance this chetna get link with ultimate energy that chaitanya and starts bounyding our soul with almighty. So i call chintan se chetna se chaitanya....
