As cadets of the R-C-E-L-A, we understand that all people and all agencies must work together for the sake of public safety. We understand that to promote teamwork is to demonstrate leadership. We believe that there are leaders in all of us. We realize that a true leader makes more leaders, not more followers. We will lead from the front by example. We will demonstrate integrity and fortitude. We will demonstrate passion and understanding. We will believe in ourselves and our fellow cadets. And if for some reason we lose faith in ourselves and our fellow cadets, we will believe in our leaders and the people that brought us this far. We deserve to be successful and we deserve to be heard. We will motivate! We will dedicate! We will graduate! R-C-E-L-A!
