As expected, the ruling class is totally freaked out about Bernie Sanders making Stephanie Kelton Chief Economist for the democratic minority in Congress. But the people should be out dancing in the streets. Opening the door to Congress for Kelton (and MMT) is huge. MMT is a sea change in economics, turning money upside down - from a private monopoly of the very rich to a public monopoly for everyone. Thank God for the internet. The Bolshevik Revolution didnt happen until 70 years after Marx published his Manifesto. Even though Arthur Laffer and the plutocrats hijacked MMT immediately after that historic Mosler/Rumsfeld steam room meeting in Chicago back in the nineties, MMT has already arrived into Congress - a time lag of little more than two decades. The internet is making all the difference.
