As far as Im concerned one of the greatest mistruths that leaders can use, is the completely out of context statement that if people arent for us than they are against us. This statement is used by an insecure leader to justify why people may leave a church, not choose to serve under them anymore etc. Here is the TRUTH. If you are a believer we are all on the SAME team. We are all for each other. No matter what church, denomination, tribe you connect with we all come under the same banner of loving and serving JESUS. No matter where someone may end up going to church or making new friends just remember we are all on the same team. Christ is unified in this thinking and all the other stinking thinking needs to be eradicated. Take responsibility leaders with throw away lines that hold no biblical truth. Love each other, celebrate our similarities.
