As if I didnt already know frm my counseling experiences tht you cant help someone who doesnt want to be helped....well I have a few friends tht reached out to me today, one is in severe crisis...however, I offered alternatives to her to get away frm tht matter, she only sd NO, I cant, or NO its not tht bad, but yet cried tears of sorrow to me,,,,i just left it alone, and sd to call me when she gets home, and think about what I sd, and dont forget to breathe....as she drove away, it was clear...she was in denial, and not ready for change.... #verysad,#crisisadvocacy,#denial, #standupforyourself,#SC,#advice, #allsetS.C.
