As part of our mission to give back to our local Long Island community, we here at Serene Nursing Agency would like to sponsor some children in need during the 2013 holiday season. This program is non-discriminatory, and is open to all children regardless of religious beliefs, backgrounds, or ethnicity. The program is open to children 12 and under who are good role models amongst their peers and the community. Children selected will be given holiday gifts from their personal wish list and these gifts will be presented at our holiday party as they will be out guests of honor. If you would like to suggest a family in need who can benefit from this holiday program, we would be more than happy to consider them. To be considered for this exciting program, we will need a letter on behalf of the child indicating why the child should be selected for this program. Children who have made the honor roll, who are involved in sports or community activities should indicate this in their letters. Letters of recommendation from teachers will also be accepted and considered. If you would like to include a picture you can but it is not a requirement.
