As part of the curriculum for English Language, students from Class 3A studied the graphic novelisation of Shakespeare’s Macbeth. To showcase what they have learnt about the Scottish play, a group of students put together a performance that incorporated elements of interpretative dance and hip-hop. As self-directed learners, this group of students took the initiative to divide themselves into three subgroups – the dancers, props management, and costumers. The dancers were extremely dedicated, as evident of the long hours they put in to ensure that their performance ran smoothly. It was an exciting performance that was well-received by the school!
