As we walk in the faint lights of a sleepless city...full of wonders and possibilities...we cant help but to take a moment...A moment to look around us...A moment to stop and just think. At the moment...I think about the greatness of a man..and what defines that greatness...As we shall call it...Is it how much wealth we acquire? My answer..No rather it be the integrity and the ability to affect those around us positively. At the end of the day...its to inspire and touch lives for the better. You never know who we may touch or inspire in our journey of life...even if that be just one person. Because you never know how many people that one person may touch and inspire. Im blessed to have the support group that I do who backs my every move, no matter how subtle or big of a move it may be. I want to make a difference. I want to inspire. My fitness journey isnt any more special than the next guy, but Im damn sure willing to help those around me complete their own fitness journey, whether it be physical fitness, emotional or mental.
