As you all know, I posted a link recently to stop the heart foundation from pissing in our ears. Of course I signed it, why wouldnt I? I am a nutritional medicine practitioner and know that the crap they endorse is not ok for human health. Especially where medical conditions are concerned. Anyhow, Ive just got home from my weekly grocery getting. To continue supporting the cause to expose the Heart Foundation, I took some happy snaps. Stay tuned :)
