As you are all aware, Steve and I have been meeting up with other mental health services lately. Up until now, the group has been run on a very informal basis and we are please to say we have made many friends during this time. We are now at a stage where we are ready to take self harm awareness to other levels and therefore need to follow some strict guidelines. We will no longer be able to have group members as personal friends on facebook and I would appreciate it if my mobile number would only be used for enquiries about the times of the group etc. The inbox facility is now back up and running on the group page for anyone who wishes to ask a question or simply send a message to keep in touch. Obviously with us both working, we will not always be able to answer immediately but we will always get back to you when we can. We would like to stress that nothing will change with the group meetings and they will continue to be informal and friendly. We are just aware that to run the group successfully, we must also have our own personal time away from the issues of self harm. Thank you all for your continued support. Jane & Steve
