As you may have noticed, we have not asked anyone to donate to the VPA. Strange, we know. A political party not beating up its people for money. What we do ask is for your support of our candidates. Some are write ins and need their names spread far and wide, a few need a couple of dollars to keep their advertising campaign in full swing. In particular, three candidates are being heavily noticed. The Republicans AND the Democrats are both attacking these candidates. The VPA has struck a nerve. Please help our candidates. If we only receive $5 to a candidate, from 10% of our people, they can buy air time and ad space to win their elections. Maine, in particular, loves elected non Two Party candidates, and our State Assembly candidates from Indiana and Montana are strong contenders (unless Montana gets a Republican Write In, our candidate-Gary Marbut-is running against one opponent, a Democrat candidate).
