As you may know. my bill (SB 284) has been assigned to the Health and Provider Services committee by President Pro Tem David Long. Senator Patricia Miller is the Chairman of the committee, as well as a former nurse. I am trying to convince her to give the bill a hearing. I say this with caution and urge restraint of those of you who like my page. At this time, I ask that those with a professional medical background or any cancer survivors who could have possibly benefited from compassionate-use of marijuana, to contact Senator Patricia Millers office and urge her to give Senate Bill 284 a hearing.
