Preseason Post 5 - Are you ready to fix this? I am so excited about getting started and hope that you are ready to hit the ground running!! You might find that once you get started youve totally got it or you might find it takes a day or two to hit your stride. Dont forget that I’m here to support you 100% so if theres anything you need just let me know. By tomorrow you should have: 1) Taken your goodbye pics 2) Weighed and measured 3) Planned and prepped your meals for the next few days My biggest recommendation is to keep everything simple these first few days as youre getting into the swing of things. You can TOTALLY do this! The one thing I can tell you from having already run through the Fix is that if you stay according to plan it ABSOLUTELY works BUT keep in mind to focus on your goals and not the day to day because this has an accumulative effect so each day will build on the next. For the next few days focus on: 1) Getting in your water......make sure to check out your water bar options! (drink ½ your body weight in ounces, EVERY DAY!) 2) Getting plenty of sleep 3) Staying on plan with the containers 4) Getting in your workouts (and you might be sore...lol!) I think thats it! I cant wait to go on this journey with you!
