Assessment Committee To Host Public Input Meeting The Property Owners Association’s Assessment Ad Hoc Committee will host a public meeting at 4 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, at Riordan Hall, 3 Riordan Drive. The group wants to gain a better understanding of why Bella Vista Village’s recent assessment increase failed, what kind of proposal would pass and how to best communicate a new plan to the village’s diverse membership.
