At least we know our priorities. Student loans will double in cost because Senate failed to pass one that would extend the low interest rates on current student loans. At least we have successfully funded the more productive projects, like the $2.4 million extravagant party of the IRS and the other prohibitively expensive meeting recently conducted. Besides, the timing of an affordable student loan bill would be very untimely, considering the many other expenses currently funded by the government, like the $100 million vacation of the President in Africa.
