Att! ANCYL members mopani region 9/july/2014 Ref! Regional congress Branches are informed of extension of date for AGM,s . This is due to the fact that the RTT on its special meeting convened by the ptt on the 3rd of july 2014 in Norman Mashabane house resolved to suspend AGM,s until wednesday the 9th of july. The extra ordinary meeting held in Luthuli house on the 8th of july 2014 at floor number 11 ANC NEC. Boardroom , with NTT convenor of deployees to limpopo and NWT member cde Mawethu Rune, RTT members, sub regional coordinators of mopani and pwt convenor and coordinator of limpopo with ptt deployees to mopani . Resolved that there should be extension of date for closing of AGM. And that branches must continue to send letters for AGM request to the office of the provincial coordinator and regional coordinator! Letters must be sent to both offices 48 hours before the desired date of AGM No AGM will get through unless granted and provided with package from the office of provincial coordinator Packages will come to the branch with RTT deployees, all branches should be launched by rtt deployees unless in a special case where ptt members may be requested to assist . Packages used are the ones developed by the ptt and adopted by the ptt as a product of a structure, just like all mdm structures packages are from upper structures. And in this case the upper structure is the ptt, no branch launched outside the knowledge of ptt will be recognised or audited. The date of regional congress will be communicated! It should be noted that the extra ordinary meeting was convened due to paralel activities that are taking place in mopani,other internal issues will be communicated to relevant and affected people in regard to AGM,s . It should be noted that the RTT of mopani is under political supervision, all activities of mopani are monitored and supervised by the ptt,this is the disicion taken in a constitutional meeting on the 27th of february 2014 in norman mashabane house, informed by ill discipline activities of few RTT members who operated outside the collective.
