Attention!!! If you or anyone you know has a baby at the Lubbock City Cemetery, you may need to go check on them… We visit our son every week and with great surprise we show up to everything being taken from his grave site. I totally understand that some things can get stolen and the cemetery is not responsible for it, however this was not the case. They went and cleaned out everyone’s site, and threw it all in the trash (so they say). They have a new manager, Bridgette Faulkenberry, so I guess she is making changes on her own. Last manager would actually contact you, she says, that takes too much time. She has the nerve to ask me “why would you put valuable things out here” UMMM REALLY MY SON IS VERY VALUABLE TO ME AND I LAID HIM OUT THERE BECAUSE I TRUSTED Y’ALL” I don’t normally do this and it may not be a big deal to YOU, but it means everything to me. They took the sign my husband made him, his Dallas Cowboy Easter basket (and left all the little stuff that was in the basket to blow away) They took the beautiful blue flowers we had set there, they took his first monster truck (that was nailed in the ground), lots of other things!! I would love meet the heartless people who did this, because I have never met such an ignorant person… May God Bless You!!! Yes please share this status, because I would hate for any parent to find out the way we did… IT’S JUST NOT RIGHT!!! Thanks
