Attention animal knowledge friends: why is it if my cat doesnt have enough litter in the entire box (a rollaway under bed storage tote since he hates small boxes), according to him (he needs enough in all of box to cover his paws fully and when he scratches he likes to feel the litter near his butt) why if one spot isnt filled that high will he cry and meow and refuse to use the box. I had to scoop it to one spot so it was s mountain of litter, and he ran in there and scratched like he was sped up 2xs then away he went. He used the box lol. I guess Ill just have to put a full container of litter in there at all times. Is this normal for cats to be that picky or is my cat special? Lol
