Auction Action with Jeremy Tyrrell, Ray White Victoria Week Ending 14th September With auctions numbers steadily increasing along with the seasonal Spring temperatures, Ray White Victoria recorded a very healthy clearance rate last week of 76% from 76 auctions reported. Victoria-wide clearance: 75% from 817 auctions reported to the REIV. Forward estimates indicate that there will be close to 3,000 auctions for the month of September, which should surpass last years 2,463 auctions. So far this year, the Eastern suburbs have achieved the highest clearance rates, particularly in suburbs such as Bayswater (93%), Wantirna (92%), and Croydon South (90%).
