Author François de la Rochefoucauld wrote, “We are so accustomed to disguise ourselves to others that in the end we become disguised to ourselves.” As humans, change is inevitable. In fact, it is very essential to our growth and progress. We are expected to switch from one job to the other, one relationship to the other, one feeling to the other as easily as it is changing our clothes. More often than not, it is impossible for people to do this so we resort to a disguise. Smile when we are sad and cry when we are happy just because that is the rule society has set for us. Dear friend, today, if you want to laugh, laugh hard and hysterically. Let it all out. Sure your neighbours might think you are crazy, but who made them the boss of you? And if you feel the urge to cry because your heart it hurting, cry till you cant anymore, its therapeutic. And if anyone says you are too loud or too happy or too sad, let them know all those feelings are yours to explore as you see fit, and never ever allow anyone to tell you how to feel or what disguise to put on. I have seen those with the masks. They all look quite miserable to me.###livinglifethewayGodintended##.
