Awards night is set in stone: Date: Thursday April 10th (Roundtable night) Gather time is 6:30. Desserts start at 7 followed by the program. Tickets are in the shop and I have them at Dist./Roundtables. They are $5 per person unless the person is 3 years of age or under and then they are free. $7 after March 31st. Theme: Scouting USA. Decorations are up to each Unit. We have access to the Fellowship hall at 5PM to set up. All Award forms need to be turned in by the March Roundtable. Award forms are at Dist. meetings, Roundtable meetings, in the Scout Shop and in each Units folder at the shop. Please make copies for multiple awards. The more you tell us about a person the greater the chance for them to receive the award. Writing He/She did a great job might not get them an award. Tell those people in your Unit you appreciate all the work they have done by turning in their name(s) and then get them to the awards night. See you at Roundtable! Dianna
