Awesome Julia! We love our customers! WHY Eating at Purée matters? My journey to healthy eating started by some self inflicted interest, but in 2010 I had a toxic mold exposure that really did a number on me. By working with a a naturopathic doctor, I began to learn how real, organic food is medicine. For me it become the difference between getting my life back on track or barely getting by. When you look at food options in this area. its primarily all conventional food. Almost none cater or care about serving real food, giving attention to vegan or gluten free options. When its a must, Purée not only steps way out in front of the rest with the quality of food, but its also incredibly delicious. Its a win win, and I know I can get out of my kitchen and enjoy a meal out on the town without being sick for several days. You brought a little bit of normal back into my life. This all served as a foundation and now I have continued to learn about where food comes from and how to support local sources. That in turn cuts back on the carbon footprint and makes the community healthier and stronger. Its an ecosystem of its own! So I love Purée for its food and what it stands for, and Im a passionate person about life. So I in turn share the recommendation with friends. : ) PS.
