Awesome lesson on Missy tonight! She was so good considering she had last week off because of her sore feet. Then....she proceeded to act like an idiot as I led her back to the barn. You would have thought we were heading to the starting gate...prancing, trying to run me over....all because there is a handsome new gelding in the paddock...silly mares! So I stripped off tack and traded it for rope halter and lead and we practiced leading nicely outside his paddock:).
