BANQUETs are set for SUNDAY DECEMBER 8, 2012 D 5/6 and D 7/8: 1200 – 2pm C and A-B: 3pm – 5pm Immediate Family Only! Theme: You’re a STAR! Dress to Impress… (I’m sorry for the few folks that have girls on different teams, you may have 2 banquets to attend that day. Far too many girls and people to do ONE banquet) Please be prompt, but not early unless you are helping set up. Trophies will be handed out FIRST at each banquet; D56 and D78 trophy hand out will start at 1215pm; C and A-Trophy hand out will start at 315pm. After trophy hand out we will have food and music to enjoy. WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT, HERES HOW YOU CAN HELP: 1. We will need volunteers the day of for each banquet to help with set up and clean up please. AND 2. We will be holding a raffle during each banquet, we are asking for donations for this. If you or anyone you know has a business or a trade and would like to donate something we can raffle off, please contact Karen Easterday, unicosgirl@yahoo, 757-952-9058 She is our Banquet point of contact for all raffle donations. We are asking for anything; food gift cards, store gift cards, Avon, Mary Kay, Candles, Massage gift certificates, nails, hair, etc..If you need a Letter from the organization stating that we are a non-profit organization, see me for the letter. Again, this is for cheerleader and immediate family only. No cousins, friends, co-workers etc…. IF grandma or grand pa, Aunt, Uncle or Cousin is your guardian or primary care taker, than that IS your immediate family. We just cannot support extras please. Coaches and or team moms will be coming around to each of you at your next game, please provide them the information they ask for so that we can order and buy all that we need for the banquet.
