BASIC CONCEPT OF ASTRAL TRAVEL - knowing the instrument me, and knowing how and when we can see something far off ( like sanjay of mahabharat), and seeing things happened in past as well as projected future, for that we need to understand the physical world- to visualise something far off, we need to have video camera internet connection working satellite, other side internet, video camera otherside only then we can see each other, but how this came into existence, this has been developed by our scientist and we ppl, that too by repeatedly focusing inside me, doing sadhna, means focusing, focusing and refocusing inside me, and I get some vision and make thing out side world and things works, and we reached this level, this was inside me only then i can develop outside world , so focus on setting urs instrument me( urself) den depending on physical world means, as by camera there is limits where u can see where u can not, but by tuning this body you can see anywhere in the cosmos, so one can make out what is better systsm
