BE ALL THAT GOD HAS CALLED YOU TO BE A question that continues to bother so many people today is, ‘How do I know what my calling from God is?’ Many want to know what God has designed them to achieve in His master plan but how many are ready to draw close to the Author of that plan? Many want to work for Jesus but how many are willing to be His friend? If you want to be all that God has called you to be, you have got to take time to learn from Him and sit at His feet. The first step in knowing your calling is to get to know God better by reading His Word. As God communicates to you through His Word, by His Spirit, He will show you what to do and where He wants you to go. 2 Timothy 3:16 - The Bible is our roadmap. God will not open the door to wisdom and salvation to the one who keeps his Bible shut. Therefore, open your Bible to discover what God has to say to you today, what He wants you to do and where He wants you to go. The more you read, the more you will understand about yourself and this God who created you. Respond to Him in dialogue. By so doing, you will be able to run the straight race with God without diverting your focus from where you are going and who He has called you to be. PRAYER: Holy Spirit, pour into us the treasure of Your grace. Holy Spirit, enlighten us with Your divine inspirations. Holy Spirit, inspire in us the practise of virtue.
