BELT BUCKET ELEVATOR >Introduction It is a mechanism for hauling flowable bulk materials vertically. It mostly consists of: • Buckets to contain the material • A belt to carry the buckets and transmit the pull • Means to drive the belt • Accessories for loading the buckets for picking up the material, for maintain the belt tension and for enclosing and protecting the elevator It adopts belt as the traction component which can up to maximum 40 meters. The capacity could be approx. 4~238m3/h. >Application Used for lifting or transferring the materials in form of powder, granular, small block non-abrasive, half-abrasive with bulk density less than 1.5 t/m3. The examples of the materials are coal, cement, gravel, san, fertilizer and grain. Besides, it is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemicals, power plant, agriculture and quarry industries. >Features 1. It applys to powder, granular and lump materials which the dendity is less tan 1.5t/m3. 2. The temperature of the materials must be less than 60 ℃ when normal rubber belt is used. For heat resistance rubber belt, the temperature of the materials used must be less than 200℃. 3. The advantages of the diriven device configuration is that it could save much space, the weight is light, it has its own backstop, less noise created and it operate steadily. 4. There are four types of bucket which allow different sizes of particle materials to be stored. 5. Large lifting height.
