BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - A federal judge has sentenced a Billings woman to more than two years in prison for defrauding a bank and investors in a series of schemes that authorities said cost her victims more than $150,000. U.S. District Judge Susan Watters said Thursday that the degree of deception perpetrated by Angela Corson Smith was staggering in its scope. Smith pleaded guilty in January to bank and wire fraud.
