BOOK LAUNCH DINNER - for Sid Fattedads new book, An Insiders Story of the Rise & Fall of Canadian Airlines. There will be a book launch dinner at the LIFT restaurant in Coal Harbour in Vancouver near the end of October. Sid will be there to sign everyones book and reminisce about the old days. The book is at the press and as soon as we have an ETA, I will post the date of the dinner on this site. About 70 people on this site have ordered a copy of Sids new book. Once the date of the dinner is posted I will ask everyone who wants to attend to RSVP me so I can reserve enough tables. Everyone will be covering their own dinner expenses otherwise the books will be free. Many thanks to everyone who has expressed an interest in Sids book. I know he is very pleased and looks forward to seeing as many of you as can make it to the dinner.
