BOSNIAN CULTURAL ORGANISATION “BEHAR “ MAOČA,BRČKO DISTRIKT BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA Invitation for participation in the folklore festival Bosnian folklore organization “Behar” is organizing the X International folklore festival “Maoca 2014” which takes place in the time of June 18th to June 23th, 2014. We are pleased to invite you to take part in our Festival and we would be honored receiving your positive answer. Taking part in the festival you have to stick to our regulations as follows: • Ensembles have to show presentations of folk dances only of the state they originate from. • Musical accompaniment by orchestra etc. is not required. You can use music from CD as well. • The maximum amount of members in your ensemble is limited to 35 members. The minimum ages of your ensemble dancers are limited to 15-30 years of age. Please verify that no member of your ensemble will be under the age-limit of 15. • Accommodation for the members of your ensemble will be provided by members of “Behar” Cultural Organization. • Accepting the invitation, the ensembles are obliged to take part in all performances which will take place in four different cities in Bosnia: Maoca(Brcko),Drenovac(Hrvatska), Doboj and Gradacac. • Please reply to our invitation as soon as possible. Your confirmation of participation in our festival has to arrive at us no later than May 15th, 2013. • With your confirmation of participation you have to provide a presentation of your ensemble including all necessary facts, such as number of members, dances you will give, whether you bring music by CD or orchestra etc. Please hand us over also a list of the names of the members of your ensemble.
