BPO with PERSONS WITH DISABILIITES - most businessmen would dread such an idea. But that it is possible and with great success has been proved by Pavithra and Ashok team with Vindya Infotech. While it is a success for them as founders, the real success is for the 600 odd persons with with disabilities who are given an opportunity to meaningfully engage themselves professionally in this project. Apart from money that would make them to manage their lives independently, the amount of confidence and self esteem, the work brings for them, is the real achievement. They are of course differently abled...but need such bravehearts like Pavithra and Ashok to make it possible.Most businessmen dont fulfill even the mandatory requirement of employing 3% persons with disabilities.
