Asociatia Tora Bistrita I got a call from a lady in Nasaud, the second largest town in our county after Bistrita. The people there are beating the strays, kicking them with legs, throwing stones at them, the dogs are hurt, full of blood, they also killed a Mami cat with her pups by hitting her with stones untill she died, and the police does nothing and animal lovers are ignored. We tried to contact the press to see if anyone is willing to go there and take pics/videos. There is no shelter there, not even public, to take them and protect them somehow, so the dogs are living targets of beatings and poisoning
