BRIDGES, USA Bridge Builders CHANGE program is looking for sub missions for its upcoming Youth Ignite event. You have until Dec. 1 to submit your presentations on how youd make Memphis a better place: Call for proposals -- How would you make Memphis better? Do you have ideas on how you can help Memphis become a better community? If so, the Bridge Builders CHANGE students are looking for you. On Saturday, January 17, 2015, they will host their first Youth Ignite event in which youth from all over the city will present their ideas on how they can help create real change in the Greater Memphis community. Applications are being accepted now through December 1, 2014. As many as 12 students will be selected to present their ideas to an audience of 200-300 Memphis youth, community leaders and key stakeholders. Participants will use a PowerPoint format with 20 slides, 15 seconds each for a total of five minutes to pitch their idea.
