BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER POSITION IN MOMBASA FCm Travel Solutions Kenya (trading as Charleston Travel Ltd) is seeking a Business Development Manager who will do sales and marketing of travel management services to generate maximum revenues, expand market share and achieve company’s profitability targets, while providing outstanding service to customers and ensuring customer escalations and complaints are dealt with efficiently and conclusively. JOB DESCRITPION Title: Business Development Manager – Mombasa Reporting to: General Manager – Coast Region Location: Mombasa - Kenya Type: Full Time JOB REQUIREMENTS Professional Qualifications • Bachelors degree (or 4 years’ marketing experience in lieu of the Degree). • Minimum of 5 years’ working experience – 4 of which should be in the field of Sales & Marketing; with demonstrated success; • Experience in developing and maintaining business growth; • Market research; • Experience in e-commerce; • Experience in product launches and branding; • Customer care skills; • Ability to communicate well with people of all levels; • Must be self-driven and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision; • Added advantage to those experienced in sales & marketing and business development in the Travel Industry. • People currently working in Mombasa or who have previously worked in Mombasa will have an added advantage If your background, experience and competencies match the above specifications please send a cover letter, your detailed CV indicating daytime telephone numbers, address and names of three referees to [email protected] to reach us not later than 31st March 2014.
