Experience helpful relative to installing thermal insulation, for example (fiberglass batts, wall spray systems, installing BIBS, or sprayed foam products). This is a full time position and we have year-around work. The candidate must have basic tools, a valid drivers license, be drug-free, and able to successfully complete a background check. Ideal candidate should have experience in residential construction industry, however training could be provided. Skilled insulators, carpenters, framers and weatherization pros are ideal for this work. Hourly income is dependent on experience. Henges has the highest pay rate and best benefits in our market.
