Baby Susan update: Our miracle baby had a good day today. Her oxygen levels are holding steady. She is slowly being weaned off steroids and is now on the smallest of doses. She will be completely done with her steroids Friday, thats when the true test of breathing on her own will happen. The doctors are very happy with her progress, we cannot state that enough. But they will be sold on her progress if she continues to require less oxygen, while being free of all steroids in her system. If not, theres a chance she has to go back on the ventilator. (not gonna happen). Like I said, always a new benchmark! So this weekend will tell us if she is thriving on her own, or if it was the juice that was making her breathe well. But cmon now.....this is our miracle baby were talkin bout. We already know she is doing all the work;) Susan is rockin the NICU! #Day38 #OneMoreBreath
