Transformation II Experience an eastern (internal to external, and external to internal) approach to performing your own movement as an improviser, dancer, performance artist and actor. Ayako will share how to increase your sensitivity and awareness in time and space as individuals/soloists through anatomical and improvisational exercises. The last/fifth session will be an informal showing.
