Back in May (after 18 months of trying to figure it out) I was finally told I was allergic to three common ingredients found in basically every soap, detergent, shampoo and cosmetic product. Was given a list of "safe" products to use. Went back to Mayo yesterday for a follow up and found out I was given the wrong list. Now I have a new "safe" list with much fewer choices. Sigh. I was still using a face wash and lotion and conditioner that I was allergic to, due to the wrong list. Hopefully NOW my skin will finish sorting itself out... trying to be patient. Some days it works better than others, lol.
