Backpass, October 16 Part 1 France coach Didier Deschamps insists he has no preferences about who his side face in the FIFA World Cup qualifying play-offs. Deschamps was speaking following his teams 3-0 home win over Finland on Tuesday, a result that did not prove enough to see them qualify automatically as Spain sealed top spot in Group I thanks to a 2-0 victory over Georgia. France will now enter Mondays draw for next months play-offs as an unseeded team and will play either Portugal, Croatia, Greece or Sweden over two legs for a place in the finals in Brazil next year. The eight best group runners-up will contest Round 2. They are Croatia, Portugal, Greece, Sweden, France, Ukraine, Romania and Iceland. The teams will be paired into four home-and-away ties. The matches will likely be played between 15 and 19 November 2013. The four winners qualify for the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil.
