Baked Egg Custard Recipe for Sharon Douglas 50gms Gruyere 1 tbsp Chives, Chopped 3 Eggs 50gms Ham, chopped 1/2 cup Milk 25gms cream Cheese Pinch Nutmeg Garnish: Parma Ham, grilled until crisp Method Heat oven to 150c Butter ramekins or other serving dishes Sprinkle Gruyère and chives evenly in dish, scatter in chopped ham Blend eggs, milk, cream cheese, and nutmeg with a hand blender and season well Pour egg mixture over Gruyère and chives in dish and bake in a bain marie until just set, allow to cool. Meanwhile grill the parma ham for garnish and cut brown bread in to croutons and toast in the oven.
