Bathroom sink fixed! hahaha! I am not sure if Kyr did something too it or its been leaking from before she moved in (though I doubt that because we cleaned and prepped before she moved in and it was fine then) however I found the piping under the sink to be installed incorrectly...literally upside down *sigh*. Flipped the trap, trimmed a bit of excess, and then flipped the washers. Applied teflon tape to the threads for good measure, hand tighten every thing so Ill be able to get it off again to clean the trap in the future and BAM No leaks.
