Beautiful story of two brothers a mushrif and his student who were in court in one of the most oppressive regimes of the world Uzbekistan. Where of being a member you may be sentenced to 18 years in prison while a Daris will receive a shorter sentence. The Judge asked one of them are you a member of Hizb ut Tahrir to which the brother replied yes. He asked the second brother the same question to which the brother replied No i am a Daris, but I want to become a member, so he turned to his mushrif in the court and asked him can I take my Qasm (oath) now? And the mushrif proceeded and the brother announced his oath to Allah Infront of the judge. [from brother Rizwan Abu Basim]
