Becky Tesch reviews the Five Ten Spitfire Shoe. $90 WOW! I just upgraded to these shoes (from some basic, lovely, but very beat up old Vans.) I loved my Vans, but these are more substantial pieces of gear, more supportive and great looking too! I received them just 1 day before leaving to coach at the Midwest Womens Mountain Biking clinic. I wore them all day after they came in the mail, then for most of the drive down to IN. I momentarily had the thought that I should not over do it in brand new shoes, but just loved em, so I kept wearing them. I wore them to coach and ride all weekend. All comfort, grip and style. No blisters, no breaking in needed and I demonstrated rear wheel lifts like I was glued to the pedals. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 in womens shoes and I ordered a size 6 in this mens shoe and they fit like a dream.
